Gwendoline W. Dickie (b. Woodbury) (1876-1910) was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and died in Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of Mary Baker Eddy's student Josephine Curtis Woodbury. She was one of 29 children christened by Eddy in a service in Chickering Hall on February 26, 1888. Along with her parents, she joined the Church of Christ (Scientist), in Boston, Massachusetts, in December 1888 but withdrew in November 1889. She was present for one day of instruction in Eddy's Primary class in February 1889, when she was 12 years old, but was deemed too young to complete the class. She married Claude A. Dickie, a stockbroker, in Boston in 1900, and they later moved to Chicago.
