Margaret J. Foley (c.1850-?) was a resident of Lynn, Massachusetts. She was a member of the Christian Scientist Association, joining in February 1879, although there is no evidence that she was a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. She was also a charter member of the Church of Christ (Scientist). She was an active member of both until her withdrawal in December 1881.
