Sarah Gibbs (1853-1936) was born in Almond, New York, and died in Asheville, North Carolina. She was married to Samuel Henry Gibbs, who wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in early 1885, expressing interest in Christian Science after the couple read Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
