Cora M. Hardy (b. Tichenor) (1856-1901) was born in Illinois and died in Home Township, Michigan. By 1870 she had moved with her family to Johnstown, Michigan, and in about 1876 she married Thomas Frank Hardy, a farmer. By 1880 they were living in Day Township, Michigan, and by 1900 in Home Township. In 1887 Hardy wrote to Mary Baker Eddy saying she had read Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and inquiring about possible terms for selling it.
