Betsey A. Hickox (1826-1902) was born in Ohio and died in Woodstock, Illinois. She married Mark Hickox, a farmer, in 1847 in McHenry, Illinois. Alice L. Hobbs wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures for Hickox.
