David A. Hiller (1834-1905) was born in Berlin, Germany, and died in San Francisco, California. He worked as a homeopathic physician at his Hiller Homeopathic Institute in San Francisco and married Sarah F. Loring in 1876. Hiller wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. Based on the records available, we have found no further information concerning his involvement with Christian Science.
