Mary B. Jones (b. Caulk) (1827-1902) was born in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, and died in Peru, Indiana. Her family were Orthodox Quakers, and she
married Solomon Jones Jr., a farmer, in Pennsylvania. They left the Quakers in 1849 and
moved to Indiana. They divorced sometime between 1870 and 1880. Jones wrote to Mary
Baker Eddy in 1887 and 1888 to order some pamphlets. She was a Christian Scientist upon
her death.
