Abby E. King (1837-1920) was born in Wrentham, Massachusetts, and died in Franklin, Massachusetts. In 1885, she became interested in Christian Science after reading an issue of The Christian Science Journal. She wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to express her satisfaction with the Journal and willingness to further her understanding of Christian Science.
