Charles H. Lee (1856-1933) was born in Derby Lane, Vermont, and died in Los Angeles, California. He worked as a travelling salesman and manager for the Lamson Cash Carrier Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Lee married Isabella G. Smith in 1883. He was the brother-in-law of Hanover P. Smith, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. There is no record of Lee studying with Mary Baker Eddy or joining The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.
