Frank H. Leonard (1866-1925) was born in Corry, Pennsylvania, and died in New York, New York. He was the son of Pamelia J. Leonard, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. He joined The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, in June 1899 and was appointed to the Christian Science Board of Lectureship in 1904, serving until 1924. In 1900, he became a Christian Science practitioner listed in the directory of The Christian Science Journal, and after he completed the Normal class (1900), he became an authorized Christian Science teacher.
