Agnes E. Morris (c.1840-1929) was born in England and died in an unknown
location. Morris was a homeopathic physician, graduating from Eclectic Medical College
of the City of New York, New York, in 1877. She practiced briefly in Stamford,
Connecticut, before moving to Brooklyn, New York, where she maintained a mind-cure
teaching and healing practice. Morris also practiced in New Orleans, Louisiana, and
later returned to New York where she became a licensed physician in 1895. Although she
expressed an interest in Christian Science, there is no record of her studying with Mary
Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
