Sarah A. Platt (1839-1913) was born in Millbury, Massachusetts, and died in Chicago, Illinois. She was a student of Mary Baker Eddy's, studying alongside her sister, Martha E. Sherman, in the Primary class of February 1884. There is no record of Platt joining the Christian Scientist Association, but she did unite with The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in June 1904, and was a member until her passing.
