Celia A. Prescott (1843-1909) was a student of Mary Baker Eddy's, studying alongside her husband, George Prescott (1837-1924), in February 1877. The Prescotts were admitted to the Christian Scientist Association in December 1877 and asked to be removed from the Association in October 1878, a request that was not acted upon by the Association. They were ultimately expelled after a long absence from meetings in June 1880.
