Edward I. Quien (1852-1923) was born in Danbury, Connecticut, and died in Marion, Indiana. In 1875, he married Cornelia J. Quien (b. Soule) in Connecticut. Quien worked as a hatter. He wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
