Martha A. Spencer (1834-?) was born in Stoughton, Massachusetts, and died in an unknown location. She married Seth White in Stoughton in 1851, followed by Joseph A. Fritz in Stoughton in 1864, Charles D. Torrey in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1872, and John A. Spencer in Boston in 1900. She was the sister-in-law of Hiram S. Crafts, Mary Baker Eddy's first student.
