Emma G. Strong (b. Morton) (1850-1910) was born in Easthampton, Massachusetts, and died in Westfield, Massachusetts. She married George S. Strong, a carpenter, in Westfield in 1872. Strong was a student of Clara L. Axtell in March 1886 before becoming a student of Mary Baker Eddy's and completing the Primary class in May 1887. She became a member of the Christian Scientist Association in June 1887. Her husband passed away later that year, and she married Thomas B. Loomis, a carpenter, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1889.
