Leopold Suss-Hahnemann (1826-1914) was born in Wittenberg, Germany, and
died in Ventnor, England. He was the grandson of Dr. Samuel Frederic Christian
Hahnemann, the founder of the system of alternative medicine called homeopathy. After
receiving an M.D. from Leipzig University in Germany, Suss-Hahnemann emigrated to
England and practiced homeopathy in London.
