Annie F. Taber (b. Slocum) (1849-1922) was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and died in San Francisco, California. In 1871, she married Isaiah W. Taber, a prominent photographer, in San Francisco. Julia A. D. Adams wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1887 requesting that a dozen copies of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, as well as a copy of The Christian Science Journal, be sent to her at Taber's address in Oakland, California.
