Charles F. Warner (1851-1932) was born in Northampton, Massachusetts, and died in Winchester, Massachusetts. He married Mary E. Dawes in Cummington, Massachusetts, in 1890. Warner worked as an author and was the editor of the Hampshire County Journal. He was a member of the Jerusalem Freemason Lodge in Northampton. He was the son of Amelia P. Warner, a member of the National Christian Scientist Association.
