William C. Withington (1845-1914) was born in Leominster, Massachusetts, and died in Dorchester, Massachusetts. He worked as an expressman and married Anna F. Laughton in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1871. In 1886, Alice L. Hobbs wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures for Pamelia G. Laughton, Withington's mother-in-law.
