Accession: 025B.10.003
Editorial Title: George D. Choate to Mary Baker Eddy, April 2, 1880
Author: George D. Choate
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: April 2, 1880
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by George D. Choate on lined paper from Bethel, Maine.
Editorial Note: Choate tells Mary Baker Eddy about the recent experience of one of his patients who had been injured four years before when thrown from a carriage and had never completely recovered from the effects of the accident. She felt faint, was helped to bed, and seemed to relive the accident of four years before, feeling the crash, and even developing black and blue marks in the places where she'd been injured before. She has now completely recovered from the effects of the prior accident. Choate wonders what her experience means.
