Archival Note: George W. Baker was Mary Baker Eddy's nephew. The letter is signed "Nephew George."
Editorial Note: Baker sends congratulations on Mary Baker Eddy's marriage to Asa Gilbert Eddy and
says it took them all by surprise. He says that Eddy's sister, Abigail Baker, was
astonished at the news. Baker writes of how busy he is. He says that when he is in
Boston, he will come to Lynn and see Eddy.
