Editorial Note: Letts tells Mary Baker Eddy that he has written to her but has received no reply. His health is so impaired that he has had to give up all kinds of business. He is feeling the weight of the thought of friends who are focused on his poor health and possible death. He would like to come to Boston to receive further instruction from Eddy as to how to become well, if she would be willing to receive him.
