My Beloved Teacher:

I returned from a three days' As Written: days prosperous labor in our cause in Oconto, Fort Howard and Green BayEditorial Note: Oconto, Wisconsin, Fort Horward, Wisconsin, and Green Bay, Wisconsin. I need not relate our joy to meet. our brothers and sisters in the work there. I found Mrs L. Sargent. ready and willing to go to any City we suggested. We did not hesitate to name St Paul MinnesotaAs Written:Minn– because I believe God named it for us.

Mrs S- and her friends of course felt they would like a City as near Oconto as possible; yet Mrs S- desired me to name St Paul to you, and whatever your reply to me. she should feel more confident of making no mistake.

Her husband consented to her leaving will give her all the means she wants I have friends in St Paul, favorable to ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science. Mrs S- can, through them make other acquaintances, and then, as soon as she becomes a citizen of that State, incorporate our "Institute.

I returned home this morning at 5. AM stopping in my office on my way home found your last letter, of Wed 21stEditorial Note: This letter is not extant. awaiting me. Thanks for expressions of confidence. I believe God has; and is guiding us. I will make use of my letters to inform you of the progress of our causeEditorial Note: The cause of Christian Science.. If you will tell me, as much as is needed, when you expect to begin the different classes, I can make profitable use of it.
