Dear Teacher:

This morning brothers Frye and Bertram called desiring the Records of the Association. Although I am bound to retain them according to our Constitution and custom until my office expires, unless the Association vote otherwise I have delivered them. I have herewith some Applications which were overlooked at the time of their call. If not in person, I hope that I can present the regular annual report at the next meeting when my office as secretary expires. I am
