Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Alfred Lang on embossed lined paper from Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Alfred Lang tells Mary Baker Eddy that he would like to be in her next class. (He
was in her class that began on January 20, 1883.) He loves Christian Science and shares
with her his concept of it. He wonders if he could practice Christian Science healing
in a small way but concludes that Eddy would likely tell him that it requires his
all. He tells people who say that Christian Science is just a new form of "doctoring,"
that in reality it is an old truth that has been brought to light.
