Dear Mrs Eddy-

At our last meeting of Students C. S. A.Editorial Note: This is a reference to the Chicago branch of the Christian Scientist Association in discussing the developments of the last few weeks, Mr Gills departure &c– It was resolved that whereas you are deserving of our warmest sympathy and our most rigorous As Written: rigourous efforts should be used in the support of the CauseEditorial Note: The cause of Christian Science. and yourself. And while we realize that the Cause of Truth has lost nothing, nor can it really suffer, and that the real loss is with the one that falls from the Truth, we thought it might not be displeasing to you to hear from us that you have warm Friends and earnest Followers in the Members of our Association, and that this last unmerited attack kindles and arouses our hearts to greater and more earnest efforts for the cause which we all love so well, and the Dear Teacher who faints not, nor sleeps at her post, in the arduous, and oftentimesAs Written:often times thankless position of Leadership, in this great Cause of Truth–
