Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Mary F. Berry on embossed lined paper from Stoneham, Massachusetts.
Archival Note: Berry was in Eddy's October 1882 class. The other members of the class were Jennie
P. Davis, Perley Green, Mary B. Mourn, Amelia Wheeler, Mrs. George S. Williams, and
Mary E. Wood.
Editorial Note: Berry wants to know when Mary Baker Eddy's next class will begin. She is wanting to
return to New Hampshire, but would like to enter the class before then so she can
save the expense of returning to Massachusetts. Clara E. Choate has told her that Eddy is going to admit everyone taking the next class for a fee
of $50.00 ($1,261.48 in 2016). She wants to hear from Eddy about the class as soon
as possible.
