My dear Teacher

I have only a line or two to write this time, but I am very anxious to take a course in Obstetrics if I can arrange With you so as not to neglect my business here. Could I not be with you one day in a week until I got the full number of lessons. I demonstrated the ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science very nicely in a case somewhat different than childbirthAs Written:child birth, but to such a degree of perfection as to satisfy me what I could so in bringing forth the new idea. I have enough other business but the thought is so very beautiful to me that I want to know more about it.

A second cousin of yours Dr. Chamberlain one of our leading Homeopathics came in and placed himself under treatment, - has also bought S.&H.Editorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. I cured one of his patients in one week that he has tried to cure for some years and am working into lots his, and other physicians regular trade I am visiting the best families in the city and have a good office practice, but I am not deep in scienceEditorial Note: Christian Science as I have been but headed that way with determination to get there and stay there, and only to receive patients once to cure them. I can do it and am going to, and mean to remove all that comes in my way, in the effort to get there.

Tell brother Frye that there is a blunder in binding the first volume of S.&H.Editorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. And to look them over before sending them out. I have some and will return them soon I had a set returned to me otherwise I should not discovered it and I find there is several in my last lot. I want brother Frye to occasionally give me a good thought, and when you can spare a few minutes write me a few lines.

Now I will close, from your affectionate student
