Dearly beloved Teacher

Is “Faith Cure” in ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science?

I ask this question because at a recent Students’ Meeting, I said, ‘when we reach even the border land of “Christian Science”, Drug medication, mesmerism, magnetism, mediumship As Written: mediamship and Faith cure must all go by the board!

For this expression As Written: expressian , I was called by one of your Students, who was present “a blasphemer”. Now Dear Teacher if I am not right, I have taught the multitude whom As Written: whome I have found, “have ears to hear”Editorial Note: The phrase, “he who has ears to hear let him hear” occurs a number of times throughout the New Testament. and who “receive the Truth gladly,” wrong.

I have just finished a course of lessons to a class of four remarkably intelligent pupils and it would cause me great pain to know that I have deviated in the least from “Truth in Science”

I wish you could examine my pupils, as it would afford you great satisfaction to know this status in “Christian Science”, As I advance in knowledge and gain strength in God, “Principle” I feel more and more confident that “Truth crushed to earth will rise again The eternal years of God are hers While Error wounded writhes in pain, and dies amid its worshippers.“

A reply at your earliest convenience would afford great pleasure to your Faithful and devoted Student
