Accession: 482.55.011
Editorial Title: Sarah F. Bickford to Mary Baker Eddy, February 18, 1884
Author: Sarah F. Bickford
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: February 18, 1884
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Sarah F. Bickford on lined paper from Chicago, Illinois.
Archival Note: Sarah F. Bickford was a student in Mary Baker Eddy's class that began on May 13, 1884.
Editorial Note: Bickford tells Mary Baker Eddy that she was planning to be taught Christian Science by Silas J. Sawyer. However, Caroline D. Noyes has advised her that it would be better for her to travel to Boston and be taught by Eddy. Bickford cannot afford the expenses involved and wonders if Eddy can reduce the fee for class in Bickford's case. Bickford adds that she will probably be able to send people to be taught by Eddy who will be able to pay Eddy's full fee.
