Editorial Note: Keith encloses rent he has collected from Edwin R. Robbins, a tenant at Mary Baker Eddy's property at 8 Broad Street, Lynn, Massachusetts. Keith writes that he has received a note (not extant) from
Mary Baker Eddy expressing "surprise and indignation" that he has not collected rent
that is not yet due. He says that he does not usually ask for rent before it is due,
and that he must respectfully decline from being further involved with the renting
of 8 Broad Street.
