Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Edwin R. Robbins on embossed lined paper from Lynn, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Robbins tells Mary Baker Eddy that he would like her to make some changes in the management
of her property at 8 Broad Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. Robbins had been collecting the rent for all tenants and
would now like Eddy to deal with each tenant directly in collecting their rents, etc.
The current tenant of the upstairs apartment is very particular about the repairing
and refurbishing of the apartment, and Robbins is willing to have Eddy spend all the
money for that apartment. Robbins will put off repairs to his own apartment or do
some of them himself.
