Editorial Note: This is apparently a statement of charges of Daniel Potter, Deputy Sheriff, paid by
Russell H. Conwell in connection with Potter's role in a lawsuit against Mary Baker
Eddy brought by Conwell. The suit may have been an attempt by Conwell to collect money
owed him by Eddy.
