Dear Madam:–

The copy of the Journal which you were so kind as to forward to me was duly received at our P. O. but did not reach my hand until my return from a little visit to the country. I thank you for your courtesy and think I have a clearer conception of your philosophy. But there is always an inmost to all religions or philosophies which is not put on paper, that requires a personal interview.

Very truly,
M. A. Peirce.
