Know all men by these presents that I Asa G. Eddy in the County of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in consideration of one dollar to me paid by J. Warren Carswell of Lynn in the County of Essex the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby assign transfer and set over unto the said J. Warren Carswell the copyrights for the United States of the books called Science and Health by Mary B. Glover Eddy and Science and Health by Mary B. Glover Eddy Vol. 2 which said books were entered for copyrights by Mary B. Glover Eddy in the office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington on the 4th day of June A. D. 1881 and the 10th day of June A. D. 1881 respectively and duly assigned to me
To have and to hold the same to the said J. Warren Carswell His executors administrators and assigns so long as said copyrights shall continue in force whether by renewal or otherwise
