My beloved Student,

I hope you are not impatient if I am. I have waited a week to be able to answer the precise day and keep my appointment of being with you I think now I may come sooner than the 16th but dare not say. Will five days notice be sufficient? that I can give you of a surety As Written: surity Will let you know in a few days just what I can do.

Love true and abiding for my faithful girl

Ever yours
Mary
