Pardon me for writing so often, but there is so much doing on the other side, and I am constantly hearing it "where shall I go but unto thee" Mr. Arens is pretending to teach and is using the last pamphlet with crowded rooms. This he will continue to do until the forthcoming bigger steal furnishes him with a text book. Now this I must have done at once viz. his other two pamphlets included in the bill of complaint so that he shall have less show of doing right. So far, he has suffered no business annoyance while I have lost one of my most important classes. Now dear Mr. Roberts, you will pardon me for telling you that every day, three times, they argue with you like a lawyer's plea to stop you from meeting the points they wish to carry. They have so far got just the time on this case that they wanted, but this was unavoidable perhaps.

Very truly and Respectfully
M B G E

P. S. I forward the letter from St. Johnsbury Granite Co.

Have you seen Judge Parmenter? is there any way for me to recover my stolen Mss?

There is much to be done and is there not some way of doing it? I know now as well as ever I shall what they will set up for a defense As Written: defence Wont you tell me what evidence I require to meet this wicked falsehood. I had an amanuensis who knew as well as I did that my first works were utterly original I would have him write over my copy sometimes perhaps a dozen times This was the one who sued me when I had put even my book into his hands,―the Barry named in the Chapter on Demonology This young man is in Kansas Can As Written: can I do anything in that direction? He was once honest but they utterly demoralized him by their mental influences at that time
