I return the proof of our Manual thanking you deeply for your care in arrangement. I have added By-laws that the C. S. Directors have adopted and you will find in time most important

Please bring out every detail of the proof just as it now is and send to me the page proof. Then I will read it immediately and have you give it to Mr. Armstrong to be made into book form

Give my love to your dear wife, kiss the baby for me and know I love it — but I pity it for the inheritance it has to overcomeAs Written:over come
