Let no one but yourself and printer and Mr. Armstrong if need be see the By-Laws till they can be read together in a book. Then they can be understood; and God will show our beloved brethren the need of the amendments I have made. I want to see you, Mrs. McKenzie and the dear little one sometime. I have much to tell.
