I write to inform you of the death of our dear Teachers husband, Dr.Editorial Note: Asa Gilbert Eddy did not have a medical degree, but in the nineteenth century, persons practicing various “healing arts” were often called “doctor.” Asa G. Eddy which took place this morn. Funeral services here Monday at 10:30 June 5—

He was dear to all and the place he filled will ever be vacant—
