What I want is Harmony from the standpoint of ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science, and am willing to do anything I know how to advance the time of realization. I have no ambitions to satisfy, neither do I covet any man's goods, but I should like the privilege of working out my own salvationPhil 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. , and I believe I shall. God showed me some things several years ago that I shall never doubt, He did not say that I should not be tried and tempted, but he did reveal to me that I should pass through the fire and not be burnedIsa 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. . So whatever comes I never doubt the final triumph of Truth. I could have been of no possible use in building the Church if I had doubted for a moment that the work would be finished. When I went into that building I saw it finished as it is today.
