Author: James Monroe Letts
Recipient: Clara E. Choate
Date: September 27, 1879
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by James Monroe Letts on lined paper from Dundee, New York.
Editorial Note: Clara E. Choate is apparently serving as Letts' practitioner, and he writes to tell her that he is still suffering various "false beliefs" of pain and sickness and does not seem to be able to rise spiritually to the point of destroying them. He has been told that one of his problems is inflammation of the Pneumo Gastric nerve. He is not using any material remedies.
