My dear Mother in Truth,

I returned to this cityEditorial Note: Omaha yesterday evening after visiting BostonEditorial Note: Boston, Massachusetts and ChicagoEditorial Note: Chicago, Illinois on the way. In Boston became acquainted with a number of dear brothers and sisters and had the pleasure of seeing the Mother Church and Mother's roomEditorial Note: The Mother's Room was a room built for Mary Baker Eddy during the building of the Original Edifice of The Mother Church. A group of children called the Busy Bees fundraised for the construction and furnishing of this room. On April 1, 1895, Eddy visited the Original Edifice for the first time and spent the night in the Mother's Room. The Mother's Room was closed in October 1908., and of attending a Wednesday evening meeting. In Chicago attended Sunday morning service at the "First Church of Christ Scientist" on the South side where I met Judge and Mrs. Ewing, Mr. Blaine and Mr. & Mrs. Cameron with others. In the evening went to service at "Second Church of Christ, Scientist" on North side.

While in classEditorial Note: Mary Baker Eddy held a final Normal class on November 20-21, 1898, at Christian Science Hall in Concord, New Hampshire. Seventy were invited, and sixty-six students, along with two newspapermen, were able to attend. at Concord I was utterly unable, though most anxious to do so, to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation of what you had done for me and others in giving us your booksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and your personal instruction and encouragement. I wanted too, to assure you that no worship of personality entered into my thoughts of you, but that I regarded your voicing of the Truth as the feminine Christ idea – God the Mother manifested unto humankindAs Written:human kind, supplementing the teaching, deeds and life of Christ Jesus. I yearned to make some public return or acknowledgment in words straight from the heart for the Good and the Love and the God with whom you have made me acquainted, but my heart was so full that I could not speak.

My dear, Divine Mother in Truth I can only say that you have taught me to 'strive, watch and pray for that Mind to be in me which was also in Christ JesusPhil 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: ' and that I am unspeakably, inexpressibly thankful and grateful.

Yours in Love.
