I have desired to be permitted An hour's As Written: hours talk with you, or even less. On matters which seem to me of vital importance to my progress in this new life. And more than this I intend, if possible to make arrangement with you, that Mrs chapman and myselfAs Written:my self Shall Join One of your classes–

Preferring to converse with you personally I therefore write asking if you will favor me with an appointment this eve and if not convenient this evening, Friday, you will remember my duties As Written: dutys areout of the city hence it places me a position As Written: possition which prevents giving appointment As Written: appointmt Many days or even hours aheadAs Written:a head. If you consider this worthy of your attention will you be kind enough to reply by this Messenger boy to 163 tremont st My expense please.
