I have only recently heard of Christian Science, through a friend here, whom I am now visiting I have met the three ladiesEditorial Note: Laura Sargent, Libbie Beyer and Lovina Millidge from OcontoEditorial Note: Oconto, Wisconsin who were in your recent Chicago class.

I have heard of the good they have done, and the account of a cure performed by Mrs. Sargent was in last week’s Oconto Reporter.

What I have heard makes me anxious that a friend of mine living in Bellefonte PennsylvaniaAs Written:Pa. should try treatments by a ScientistEditorial Note: Christian Scientist. Several of his family have died of consumptionEditorial Note: tuberculosis and his disease is advancing. Though he has lots of courage, for as he said “It is going to be a fight, but I am going to fight.” I enclose a postal with my address. Will you give me the name of a healer nearest to Bellefonte in the center of the state of PennsylvaniaAs Written:Pa, that I may send it to him.

Yours truly
