I wish you could remain in BostonEditorial Note: Boston, Massachusetts until Mr McLellan returns and starts as editorEditorial Note: Editor of The Christian Science Journal and the Christian Science Sentinel.. I have so much to look after it would be a great help to me. It was years before the former editorsEditorial Note: Septimus J. Hanna and Camilla A. Hanna got familiar with what that work includes. And they never can be the natural writer and conductor of a periodical who are not born and drilled into this. Until I start a widespread press we should have in Boston a born editor. If you are there I can have help in initiating Mr. McLellan Men generally are more ready to yield to a man than a woman. I last week spent an hour and half reading my MessageEditorial Note: Mary Baker Eddy's Message to The Mother Church for 1902 was read by Richard Wood Cone at two Communion Services on June 15, 1902. It was reprinted in local newspapers and then issued as a pamphlet. proofs for the editor of Daily Patriot in ConcordEditorial Note: Concord, New Hampshire, and corrected then. But when the Message appeared it contained eight grammatical errors! and "mortality," was printed morality, making the entire paragraph a fizzle. Words are poor to tell my thanks to you for all your help. Your Telegram to me was excellent The church took my hint at having enlarged quarters for our ChurchEditorial Note: At the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church on June 18, 1902, Edward A. Kimball put forward a motion to raise $2,000,000 for an Extension to The Mother Church. William G. Ewing seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously. See the June 26, 1902, issue of the Christian Science Sentinel for the Annual Meeting report., most nobly. What a wise stroke that donation pledged at this time was, is. All hail to you!
