My husband informs me you are waiting to hear from us in regard to the sale of said property. I have not known much about the entire business transaction--thinking it was in the hands of those whose honor and honesty were sufficient safeguards; and those who are bound by the most solemn oath to aid and befriend one another But shocked as I must be at the proceedings so far as I have learned I have only to say if my desire has any weight in the disposal of what was once my property it is that it be not sold to any one but Mr J Varney and shall object to its being placed in the hands of Mr. Dunnells I was favorable to it until I heard from his last denial to fulfill agreements As Written: agreemnts that are in writing or letters that I have in my possession

In haste
