I am tired of owning property that gives me so much expense owing only to the efforts of others to run it down

One year's lease, after repairs of over 50.00Editorial Note: 50.00, is poor profits in prospect.

I have been told by one of our largest Real Estate Agents -- my place is cheap at $6000Editorial Note: 6,000 Have concluded to let you [?] Unclear or illegible  Up at auction with [?] Unclear or illegible  This to prevent too great a sacrifice If you are offered $5000Editorial Note: 5,000 for the place bid it off, if you think it advisable to let it go some cheaper do it.
