I am afraid I am giving you too much trouble But I am pleased and almost proud of your executive ability You are just the girl for me I hope and pray that if God wills our lots may be cast together I miss you, I need you, but no more of this, I cannot write all I would say It is so hot I can do nothing if I returnEditorial Note: This is a reference to the hot summer weather Eddy would have found in Boston, Massachusetts, had she returned to it at that time. and you are better without me in that case so I will stay a little longerEditorial Note: Eddy returned to Boston on August 6, 1882. I think The willEditorial Note: For a copy of Asa Gilbert Eddy’s Will, see V03733. of my precious husband I found in the little mahogany As Written: mahogony desk in the box where the other was and I should have to see the will in order to know who is executor If not too much trouble will you take the key enclosed As Written: inclosed open that box and write me, after reading the will, if I am named as executor and then I will proceed accordingly I thank you more than words can tell I am delighted with what you wrote of yourself Practice talking on this subjectEditorial Note: Christian Science master every fear and doubt in every direction, just as fast as you can You know the way dear one and you can walk in itIsa 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
